Added – May-29-2025 Direct Hire Our client, a well established Physical Therapy and Medical Practice offering non-surgical alternatives to back & neck pain, seeks a Revenue Cycle Manager to join their innovative company with 5 office locations in Northern New Jersey. This is a full time direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire revenue cycle process from patient intake to final payment.
• Partnering with physicians and clinical patient care team on treatment plan coordination and patient communication
• Oversee the insurance verification process and determine accurate billings, reimbursements, and claims submissions
• Manage both insurance and over-the-counter collections
• Follow up on unpaid claims with billing department
• Simplifying and streamlining the process to make collections as easy and cost effective as possible, while, at the same time, maximizing revenue and grow profitability.

Requirements:

•  Someone with 3 – 5 year’s experience in the physical medicine side of the healthcare field, ideally private practices with multiple locations.
•  Full knowledge of billing and coding for accuracy and compliance minimizing insurance company rejections and takebacks.
•  Excellent team building and management skills with a growth oriented vision for company expansion
•  Strong People skills – understanding the pain points of patient communication.
• Reporting and Monitoring Data-driven with attention to detail. Preparing spreadsheets, analyzing revenue data and forecasting
•  Willing to travel locally between offices
• Experience negotiating preferred payment rates with insurers is a plus
• Patient centered customer care background
