Accounting Manager Position Available In Essex, New Jersey

We’re seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, and systems integration across multiple locations and ERPs. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to Controller for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day AP, AR, and GL accounting operations Drive process improvements and ensure financial accuracy across locations Oversee ERP integration (Infor Siteline & QuickBooks Online) Manage treasury operations and PNC Bank integration Support M&A integration, including onboarding and intercompany accounting Deliver KPI-driven reports and financial insights to leadership Play a key role in system implementations and finance infrastructure scaling

What We’re Looking For:

MBA in Accounting or Finance (required) 5+ years of experience in accounting; multi-entity/location background Private equity experience or comfort working with PE stakeholders Strong ERP experience (Infor, QuickBooks Online preferred) Player-coach mindset – strategic, but not afraid to get in the weeds Demonstrated career progression and desire for long-term growth This is an excellent opportunity for a finance leader who values stability, structure, and upward mobility.
