Automotive Finance Manager Lynnes Bloomfield, NJ 07003 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and customer service, with the ability to effectively negotiate and analyze credit. The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting our dealership’s growth and success. Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations within the dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Conduct credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for financing options. Manage title processing and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Negotiate financing terms with lenders to secure the best rates for customers. Collaborate with sales teams to support automotive sales initiatives and enhance customer relationship management. Train and mentor staff on financial processes and best practices. Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize profitability. Qualifications Proven experience in finance management or a related field, preferably within an automotive dealership environment. Strong skills in credit analysis, title processing, and customer relationship management. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for both the dealership and customers. Proficient in mathematics and financial reporting techniques. Previous experience as a loan officer or in sales is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent decision-making capabilities.
