Dealership Finance Manager/Business Manager experience Must be in a current Finance role in the Auto or RV industry. The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($139,200.00 to $230,400.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions –
Ex:
“Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –

“Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
