Responsibilities Based on experience, support or own and manage one or more project workstream(s), including deliverables, while adhering to budget, timelines, and client engagement guidelines; Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple layers of organization and across functions such product, design, tech, legal, fraud, and others. Develop and maintain requirement intake process and dependency tracking for a product across multiple workstreams Perform product discovery for the Security and Audit workstreams (Lucid/ Confluence) Writing product requirement documentation Writing detailed requirements on JIRA and managing Confluence boards for dependencies/timelines Creating flow charts to document user journeys Contribute to SCRUM ceremonies (backlog pre-refinement, refinement, sprint planning, etc) Assist with validation testing for each release Cross-functionally collaborate with other workstreams to align on requirements and user experience Reporting team working status and raise concerns or issues that may hinder the project progress as planned to management and PMs. Collaborate with and influence Cognizant project resources (e.g., service lines, SBUs, on/offshore delivery teams) and Partners on behalf of project goals, often-changing client needs, and ultimately client delight; Develop practice capabilities and brand recognition by exercising thought leadership, establishing a consultative presence within Cognizant and the wider consulting community, and participating in professional organizations; Qualifications 7 + years working in technology, consulting, professional services, or solution development within the banking/financial services industry Experience in systems implementation, process improvements or systems re-engineering projects with a banking organization or consulting company. Meticulous in managing and tracking product execution (PPT/Excel/ Jira/ Confluence) Experience working in agile projects, using Jira, creating user stories, and overall knowledge of the agile framework.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – 129,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
