FP&A Manager:
Seeking astrategic financial leader to support the CFO with budgeting,financial analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities includedeveloping financial projections, modeling simulations, andpro-forma budgets. The role involves managing the budgetingprocess, overseeing financial statements, and ensuring compliancewith reporting requirements. Conduct financial analysis andreporting. Develop financial models and budget projections.
Assisting with budget preparation and monitor progress. Ensurecompliance with financial reporting requirements. Collaborate withdepartments to meet financial needs. Qualifications of the
Directorof Financial Planning & Reporting:
Worked with $100 Millionbudgets, preferably in the NFP industry 5 years of experience inanalytics, finance, or accounting. Advanced Excel skills;familiarity with Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce a plus. Stronganalytical, project management, and communication skills.
