  • 3-month coverage Community Child Care Solutions, Located in Perth Amboy and Somerville Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Finance Manager is responsible for creating and monitoring the Agency’s budget, as well as oversight of the finance team.

Incumbent will monitor and evaluate all program revenue and expenses, create budget for grants and prepare expenditure reports.

Responsibilities:

Fiscal and Accounting operations and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting. Manages the day-to-day activities of the accounting functions, including General Ledger, AP/AR, and Financial Reporting, for all grant-related contracts. Conducts weekly Fiscal summaries to Leadership Team, strategic planning and informed decision-making across departments. Monthly, Quarterly, and Year-end Financial close. Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting Process bonus payments in Agency specific software. Process expense payments in

Microix Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting with experience in financial management with Contracts and Grant Funding.
