The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management within the automotive industry, with expertise in loan processing, customer relationship management, and financial software. As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting our sales team to achieve their goals. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the finance department, including loan processing and title processing for automotive sales. Utilize financial software to maintain accurate records and generate reports. Collaborate with dealership staff to facilitate smooth transactions and enhance customer satisfaction. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Analyze financial data to identify trends, prepare forecasts, and make informed recommendations for improvement. Assist in training staff on financial processes and best practices. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met throughout the financing process. Perform basic math calculations accurately for contract preparation and deal structuring. Support the sales team by providing timely financial information and assistance as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within the automotive industry is preferred. Familiarity with loan officer duties and title processing is highly desirable. Proficiency in financial software applications and tools such as DealerTrack, Dealer Center, Route 1, etc. Strong basic math skills for accurate calculations in contract management. Knowledge of dealership operations and sales processes is a plus. Excellent customer relationship management skills to foster positive interactions with clients. Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently for data entry tasks. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex financial information clearly.
