Job Details JobDetails:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FinancialPlanning and Analysis (FPA) Manager to join our team in thetechnology industry. This is a permanent position, offering aunique opportunity to play a crucial role in the financial planningand decision-making process of our organization. The FPA Managerwill be responsible for conducting research and development,managing commercial pricing, overseeing budgeting, and ensuringprofitability. This role also involves handling profit-lossstatements and managing capital expenditures (CAPEX).

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the financial planning and analysisfunction, including the annual budgeting process, monthlyforecasting, and strategic planning. 2. Conduct research anddevelopment to identify new opportunities and risks, and presentthese findings to the senior management team. 3. Manage commercialpricing strategies to drive profitability and growth. 4. Monitorand analyze monthly operating results against budget, and managethe preparation of the profit-loss statement. 5. Oversee and manageall CAPEX, including the evaluation of potential investments andthe monitoring of existing investments. 6. Develop financial modelsand analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisionmaking. 7. Provide financial consulting and strategic support tosenior management, including preparing board presentations,financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, and otherprojects requested by senior management.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBAor related advanced degree is preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in thetechnology industry. 3. Strong understanding of commercial pricingstrategies, budgeting processes, and profitability analysis. 4.Proficient in managing profit-loss statements and CAPEX. 5.Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpretcomplex financial data and provide actionable insights. 6.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to presentfinancial information in a clear and concise manner tonon-financial stakeholders. 7. Proficient in financial modeling andforecasting techniques. 8. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Exceland other financial software. 9. Proven leadership skills, with theability to manage and mentor a team. 10. Strong strategic thinkingand problem-solving skills, with the ability to make soundfinancial decisions.
