Treasury Manager 2.4 2.4 out of 5 stars Warren, NJ 07059 We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Treasury Manager to join our growing Finance team. In this highly visible role, you’ll play a key part in managing the company’s day-to-day cash operations, optimizing liquidity, and supporting strategic treasury initiatives. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Finance and Accounting to drive process improvements, enhance reporting capabilities, and support our long-term financial strategy. As a Treasury Manager, you can look forward to: Managing daily cash operations including wires, balance transfers, payroll, and bank account funding Collaborating with the Director of Treasury to develop and execute cash management strategies Leading ownership of the 13-week cash forecast, including ongoing reporting and variance analysis Monitoring daily liquidity, reconciling cash activity, and supporting treasury-related reporting Executing internal and external cash movements, including intercompany transfers and payments Serving as the point of contact for cash-related inquiries from AP, AR, and Corporate Accounting Assisting in the implementation and ongoing optimization of the Treasury Management System (TMS) Performing financial analysis to support business decisions and enhance treasury insights
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CTP or Master’s a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience in a treasury or corporate finance role Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage senior leadership Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively prioritize in a fast-moving environment Experience with treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba) and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite) strongly preferred Strong business acumen with the ability to apply judgment, research, and data to support decision-making About InvestCloud InvestCloud, a global leader in wealth technology, aspires to enable a smarter financial future. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location.
Salary range:
$150,000 – $175,000.
