FINANCE MANAGER Summary:

• The Finance Manager will work with the Sales team to create an extraordinary customer experience.

This role is responsible for selling Finance and Insurance products on new and used vehicles while adhering consistently to the processes in place to maintain compliance with regulations and the highest ethical standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Offer vehicle financing and insurance to all retail customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of all aftermarket products and extended service agreements.
• Provide customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Maintain and promote complete confidentiality of customer Non-Public Information (NPI)
• Understand all financial and regulatory aspects of each deal and verify all information in CDK
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with Federal and State Laws and Larry Spacc GMC policies.
• Provide training to the sales department to facilitate the understanding of finance/lease and other products offered by the Finance department.
• Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive financing programs.
• Meet finance department sales gross and percentage of product objectives as set by Larry Spacc GMC.
• Report any company policy or procedure violation to your supervisor

Schedule:

Minimum of 40 hours/week, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9 am

• 7 pm, Wednesday and Friday 9am
• 5:30 pm, Saturdays 9 am
• 3 pm, off Sunday plus 1 other weekday.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in an automotive finance/dealership position
• Previous automotive sales experience
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
• Math skills to be able to calculate interest; discounts; commissions
• Practical problem-solving ability
• Ability to teach/train/develop team members
• Ability to operate smartphone, tablet, and PC.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Individuals must be able to perform each Essential Job Function and Essential Requirements of Employment listed.
