Job Description

Director of Capital Markets and Fundraising Rose Valley Capital – Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid Eligible) Rose Valley Capital is seeking a full-time Director of Capital Markets and Fundraising to work directly with its principals and senior leadership. This pivotal role will drive the firm’s capital raising strategy-including it’s real investment Vehicle-as well as ongoing direct deal-by-deal capital raises. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to grow and manage the firm’s existing network of equity investors and capital partners, while identifying and cultivating new sources of institutional and high-net-worth capital. In addition, cross-collaborating with other key leaders across all divisions of our vertically integrated firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead capital raising efforts for fund-level and direct real estate investments. Cultivate and manage investor relationships across a broad range of capital sources, including family offices, HNWIs, RIAs, fund-of-funds, private banks, and institutional investors. Identify and pursue new capital partners with strategic outreach and engagement plans. Conduct investor meetings and presentations to articulate the firm’s investment strategy and opportunities. Collaborate with senior leadership on fundraising goals, investor strategy, and capital markets positioning. Oversee the institutional capital raise process, including due diligence, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. Build a network of investor relationships to support both current and future capital initiatives. Develop and manage all marketing and investor-facing materials, ensuring professional and consistent messaging. Coordinate due diligence processes, subscription documentation, and closings. Maintain investor communication protocols, including regular performance reporting and financial updates. Represent Rose Valley Capital at industry events and conferences to expand the firm’s visibility and network.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate capital markets, with a proven track record of raising capital within the alternative investment space. Strong understanding of multifamily real estate, including joint venture structures, capital stack analysis, and financing options such as GSE and CMBS. Up-to-date knowledge of U.S. real estate capital market trends. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through. Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to mentor and develop junior team members. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
