This role reports to the CFO and plays a key partin financial strategy, reporting, and operational oversight. Finance and Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities:

Leadfinancial reporting, modeling, forecasting, and variance analysisPresent financial data and insights to senior leadership and boardmembers Manage audit preparation and regulatory compliance (GAAP,fund restrictions) Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and multi-fundtracking (e.g., endowments, capital projects, investment funds)Serve as primary liaison with external financial partners (banks,auditors, investment consultants)

Finance and Accounting ManagerRequirements:

4 years of progressive finance/accounting experienceSkilled in executive-level communication and board presentationsExperienced in audit prep, month end, financial modeling andreporting SM-L1 INJUN2025
