Business Administration Senior level Business Communication skills Information Technology Full Job Description As a Manager of Financial Systems, you will play a key role in driving future financial operations, including leading and managing the modernization of our financial systems and associated business processes. This role will collaborate across the company to understand end-user experience, champion change management efforts, and ensure effective communication, training and rollout initiatives are executed, and sustained. What will I do? Partner with financial stakeholders to define, prioritize and lead the roadmap for financial modernization Continuously evaluate and integrate relevant industry leading practices and innovations to drive continuous improvement within the Controllers function Be a change agent and lead the change management effort for your area, foster adoption of new processes and systems by clearly communicating the vision, objectives, and benefit Collaborate with teams across various business units; support and participate in utilizing Agile methodology and principles to deliver quick, customer-focused products that meet business needs Oversee testing procedures to ensure we are testing the right scenarios and finding solutions that will meet both system and end-user needs Stay active in the ERP user community to learn about system capabilities and bring innovative ideas back to the team that could continuously improve our capabilities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or a related field/equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance modernization, consulting, corporate finance, or related roles Experience in process and digital transformation driven initiatives Ability to influence, advise, make recommendations across business areas, and impact business decisions Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner to different levels of management

Preferred Qualifications:
