Associate Partner:

In this role, as Associate Partner/ Partner you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of agents. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager. Phase 3 Once you have met all the requirements of the Associate Partner program, you will become a Partner with New York Life. In this role, you’ll continue to be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of Agents and Advisors. Your continued success and achievement in this role will allow you to work toward promotions to increasingly senior levels of management including Senior Partner, Executive Partner, and ultimately, Managing Partner.
