A dynamic and rapidly expanding charter school network in New York City is seeking a mission-driven Finance Manager to join its team.

About the Role Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Manager will play a key role in budgeting, financial analysis, and oversight of fiscal operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Support annual budgeting and financial planning processesBuild and maintain financial models for school growth and facility planningMonitor financial activity to ensure compliance and manage riskCollaborate with internal teams and external partners on financial reportingContribute to projects across finance operations, including grants and vendor management

Qualifications:
