YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As the Manager of Business Performance, you will play a key role at ZEGNA, partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful business reporting and analysis. Your insights will help drive informed decision-making at all levels of the organization. In this role, you will also lead initiatives to streamline processes, identifying and implementing improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. We re looking for someone with a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and a proactive, action-oriented approach. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Own weekly business review document Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and feedback. Partner closely with the Executive team to deliver consistent reporting that supports performance improvement and growth objectives. Track initiative progress, analyze results, and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes. Enhance Business Reporting Processes Streamline existing reporting frameworks and continuously seek opportunities to improve and evolve reporting tools and methodologies. Deliver performance metrics and analysis to the Executive team on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports; identify and resolve data discrepancies or reporting issues. Develop strong, long-term partnerships with key executives through consistent engagement and value-driven reporting. Lead and manage key projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Cross-Functional Support Conduct ad hoc research on analytical tools and methodologies to support various teams. Assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations for executive and management meetings. Executive Deck Development Support departments in building executive-level presentations and ad hoc materials. Spearhead the creation and completion of key presentation decks for initiatives including but not limited to CEO store visits, store openings/relocations, monthly GM meetings, Town Halls, and quarterly newsletters Provide reporting assistance to the Planning team as needed.

WHO YOU ARE

Communication, engagement and influencing skills operating at senior executive levels Experienced in driving best in class operational delivery and organizational performance Analytical mindset, proven ability to manage and navigate complex data Advanced excel and powerpoint skills Ability to think proactively, creatively problem solve, and escalate issues when needed High degree of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work with tight deadlines and under pressure Willingness to learn and to constantly improve Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills Enthusiasm, positivity, and team spirit: is able to Meet deadlines under pressure and escalate issues proactively Fully proficient in working in English, any other language is an asset Bachelor s degree or equivalent preferred

COMPENSATION
