Job Description Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain the OneStream application and deployed cubes across all active environments (Production and Development) Manage metadata and all other applicable updates•processing, approval and deployment into OneStream Manage consolidations, integrations and perform applicable validations Perform quarterly maintenance of OneStream metadata and environments Independently provide colleagues OneStream technical support, troubleshoot end-user issues, and deliver user reports and ad-hoc reporting requests Implement new OneStream functionality inclusive of any necessary testing and data validation Maintain user security matrix as well as standard operating procedures and documentation Deliver new user and on-going training Maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting process
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or information systems required 5+ years of related experience demonstrating knowledge of finance and information systems required; real estate accounting / finance preferred Deep knowledge of accounting processes required•forecasting, consolidations and financial reporting (apply to power user roles as function dictates) 2+ years of OneStream or HFM Admin experience required Advanced Excel skills required Knowledge of scripting language required Experience with system implementation and project management preferred Experience with internal controls, compliance and audit preferred Understanding of application architecture, change management, compliance, controls and databases preferred Communicates clearly and concisely to drive high quality, accurate, and efficient results Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment Detail-oriented with strong analytical and quantitative skills Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and to collaborate with a team in a deadline driven environment
Salary Range:
$120,000•$160,000 Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
