The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for day-to-day ETF portfolio management. The standard portfolio management responsibilities will include portfolio management oversight of all index rebalances, developing baskets to facilitate daily order flows, corporate action events and making discretionary trading decisions; fiduciary oversight including monitoring tracking error and proposing, as necessary, strategies to reduce tracking error; engagement and leadership in defining new investment process improvements that promote efficiency and scalability. This hybrid position will be based out of our New York or Kansas City office. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now or in the future. How You Will Make an Impact Identify and monitor key investment and industry trends, in partnership with investment teams and product teams, and develop investment-led insights and solutions for clients. Partner with sales, relationship managers, and other stakeholders to promote and support business growth. Travel as necessary to meet with clients, prospects, and attend/speak at industry events. Develop tools to support distribution with consistent investment messages. This includes a detailed understanding of current investment landscape, knowledge of portfolio holdings, risk attributes and performance attribution of the strategies. Serve as subject matter expert on investment policy, strategy, process, risk considerations, portfolio characteristics, and results for portfolios under the team’s mandate. Collaborate on key strategic business initiatives.
