Our client is a growing petproducts company that’s passionate about improving the lives ofpets and pet owners alike. They’re looking for an AccountingManager to take the lead on core accounting responsibilities whilealso lending light support to other areas of business operations.

- you’ll play a key role ina well-established, growing company What You’ll Do Accounting &Finance (Primary Focus) Manage daily accounting functions includingoverseeing the AP/AR generalist, and working in the general ledgerReconcile bank accounts and oversee cash flow Support financialreporting, monthly close, and budgeting efforts Monitor inventoryactivity across warehouse locations Assist with payroll processingand ensure accurate vendor/customer setup Prepare financialstatements and assist with tax and audit prep Maintain accuraterecords and make process improvement recommendations Partner withleadership to optimize cash flow and track financial performanceBusiness Operations (Light Support) Coordinate with vendors forservices like IT, insurance, and security Help maintain employeerecords and assist with onboarding Answer occasional internal HR orbenefits-related questions Set up wire payments and assist withdocumentation for audits Pitch in on special projects and helpstreamline internal processes What We’re Looking For 3 years ofaccounting or finance experience Proficient in Excel; experiencewith Sage or QuickBooks is a plus Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills Excellent communication and a collaborative,can-do attitude Nice to Have (but not required) Exposure to HR oroffice operations Familiarity with payroll or inventory systemsExperience in a product-based or distribution environment
