Budget Manager CFS has partnered with a Non-Profit organizationseeking a Budget Manager to join their finance team!
Primaryresponsibilities :
Budget planning and development Financialanalysis and reporting Team Leadership and Development Complianceand Risk Management Management of special projects as assigned byCFO Educates supervisors and others on the financial needs andprocesses of the organization. Identifies variances and trends andassist with implementation of operational process improvements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or FinanceMinimum 5 -7 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysisor related role Advanced Excel; proficiency in financial softwareand Microsoft Office Thorough knowledge and understanding ofnot-for-profit financial accounting and budgeting functions andmethods Previous experience in not-for-profit or real estateorganizations Experience with NYS financial compliance reportingINJUN2025
