Key Responsibilities:
Overseeday-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR,payroll, and job costing Manage month-end and year-end closeprocesses Prepare and analyze financial statements and project costreports Maintain compliance with internal controls and financialpolicies Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, andbanking institutions Supervise and mentor a small accounting teamCollaborate with project managers on budgets, forecasts, and jobperformance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting orFinance Construction industry experience required Proficient inaccounting software Strong organizational, communication, andproblem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities anddeadlines in a fast-paced environment INJUN2025
