With significant growth on the horizon, they are seeking a hands-on Controller to manage financial operations and ensure smooth cash flow. Job Description Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management Ensure timely invoicing and collections, proactively following up on outstanding payments Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth Manage payroll, tax filings, and compliance with financial regulations Utilize Sage accounting software and Excel for financial tracking and reporting Collaborate with leadership to improve financial processes and efficiencies Qualifications 8+ years of experience in accounting or financial management Strong understanding of bookkeeping, collections, and financial reporting Proficiency in Sage (or similar accounting software) and Excel Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience in a small business or startup environment is a plus Why This Is a Great Opportunity Competitive base salary with potential for $100,000+ with bonuses Performance-based bonus structure tied to accounts receivable success Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity for significant pay raises in year two as the company continues to grow Work directly with an experienced entrepreneur in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
