As an Interim Accounting Manager you’ll lead ourclient’s accounting operations, including month-end close, audits,and financial reporting. This role will oversee key accountingprocesses and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financialaccuracy, operational efficiency, and adherence to

U.S. GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closeprocesses, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance withinternal controls and

U.S. GAAP.

Lead and manage accountingactivities related to commissions, accounts receivable/payable,purchasing, leases, and investments. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and effectivenessof financial operations. Review work prepared by accounting staffand seniors to ensure reconciliations and financial reports arecompleted accurately and on schedule. Serve as the primary liaisonduring year-end audits, ensuring all deliverables and supportingdocumentation are prepared and submitted timely. Identifyopportunities for process improvements and drive implementation ofbest practices across the accounting function. Maintain technicalknowledge of evolving accounting standards and reportingrequirements. Apply a solution-oriented approach to problem-solvingand risk assessment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,Finance, or related field 5 years of progressive accountingexperience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory ormanagement role. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financialreporting standards. Proven experience managing full-cycle monthlyand year-end close processes. Experience preparing for andsupporting external audits. Demonstrated ability to lead anddevelop accounting teams, delegate tasks effectively, and mentorjunior staff. Excellent organizational and time management skillswith the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmentalcollaboration. Proficiency in accounting and business systemssimilar to: NetSuite, Workday, and Concur INJUN2025
