Revenue Cycle Manager Compliance Manager 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Harrison, NY 10528 The RCM Compliance Manager focuses on ensuring that all revenue cycle processes adhere to relevant regulations and guidelines, including coding, billing, and patient record-keeping. This role involves developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, auditing, analyzing data, identifying potential issues, implementing corrective actions and related educational tools to maintain compliance. Staying updated on and implementing all relevant federal, state, and local regulations related to healthcare billing and revenue collection. Managing the process of submitting claims accurately and on time, monitoring payments, and resolving any denied claims. Creating and refining internal policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of revenue cycle operations. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Working closely with clinical staff, IT, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth workflows and accurate documentation. Overseeing the denial management process, including identifying root causes, appealing denied claims, and preventing future denials. Developing and delivering training programs to ensure staff members are knowledgeable about billing practices, coding guidelines, and regulatory changes Masters or JD highly desired.

Familiarity with regulations:

HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid compliance, and other payer-specific guidelines. Strong understanding of billing, coding, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management processes. Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve performance. Ability to manage a team, mentor staff, and drive continuous process improvements. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders. Familiarity with revenue cycle management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems. Capacity to identify and resolve issues related to billing, coding, and denials. Must have experience with multiple specialties including Anesthesia Must have the CHC certification #INDCT,#ZRCTPA
