Job Summary:
The Finance Manager oversees day-to-day finance operations while driving long-term improvements in processes and systems. The role manages AP/AR, month-end close, compliance, and financial reporting, partnering closely with department leaders to provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and lead the month-end close process. Manage sales tax filings and payments across multiple states to ensure compliance and avoid penalties. Partner with executive leadership and department heads to compile financial reports and KPIs for strategic decision-making. Route and track ad-hoc or emergency financial requests. Identify gaps in processes and lead improvements, including documentation and training to support scalability. Ensure financial data is timely, accurate, and aligned with internal controls.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required (CPA preferred). 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management or accounting, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong experience in AP/AR, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Knowledge of GAAP and month-end close procedures. Strong communication and analytical skills with a commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Why Join Team? $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
