Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Finance/Licensing Department Administrator to join our team in Bensalem, PA. This role involves working to process payments to clients and commissioned sales force along with some exposure to license renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming insurance claim checks through established procedures
- Manage vendor payments and communications related to clients claim status.
- Process credit card payments through online platforms
- Manage incoming mail related to Finance Department operations
- Provide occasional front desk reception coverage as scheduled
- Assist with general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations of the
Finance Department Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to resolve issues and research inquiries for full resolution
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (QuickBooks or other accounting software experience is a plus, but not required)
- Quick and motivated learner with a willingness to follow established procedures
- Eagerness to work as part of a team
Job Requirements:
- Prior office experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Exposure to QuickBooks or accounting software is helpful
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00
