Duties and Responsibilities:
Pricing Leadership
- Drive the development and execution of pricing strategis across key accounts, including the negotiation, management, and optimization of long-term agreements (LTAs) and major customer contracts. Financial Modeling
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support pricing decisions, aligning with business objectives such as revenue growth, margin enhancement, and market share expansion. Market Intelligence and Competivie Analysis
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, customer behavior and competitor pricing to proactively refine pricing straegies and maintain competive positioning. Pricing Implementation and Project Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement price changes and structure pricing for new product introductions, ensuring alignment with go-to-market and financial objectives. New Product Financial Assessment
- Lead financial evaluation and modeling in support of new product development initiatives, partnering with product and engineerng teams to inform decision-making. Forecasting and Rebate Management
- Own the forecasting process for discounts, rebates, and incentives tied to national accounts, buying groups, and strategic customers. Process Optimization and Reports
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, standardize reporting, and deliver ad-hoc financial and pricing analyses to support executive decision-making. Governance and Compliance
- Develop and enforce pricing policies, audit procedures, and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and contract integrity.
Position requires compliance with the Technology Control Plan and the Federal Export Control Policy established for the Corporation.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing strategy, financial modeling, or market analysis, with a proven ability to guide discussions with data analysis.
A strong desire and ability to work with large amounts of data, along with expert-level proficiency in Excel.
Expertise in structuring and executing complex analysis, identifying critical data sets, and translating insights in to actionable recommendations.
Strong project management and strategic communication skills, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and successful execution of key objectives.
