Finance Manager 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 105 Laurel View Dr, Smithfield, PA 15478 Frontier Clinical Research is expanding! Experienced Finance Manager needed with an outpatient clinical research organization on a Full-Time basis.
Qualified candidate:
Ensures financial processes, administration, and financial management. Maintains Quickbooks accounting system. Accounts Payable functions. Processes payments. Complete bank reconciliations. Prepares financial reports. Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets. Monitors study aging reports and sponsor follow-up. Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents. Maintains Clinical Trial Management System. Reviews financially archived studies. Leads finance meeting. Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion. Supervises finance employees. Approves timesheets. Conducts performance reviews.
Requirements:
BA/BS in finance, accounting, or related field 2-4 years managerial experience QB knowledge MS Office Suite Pay based on experience.
