The Automotive Finance Manager at Conicelli Autoplex will be responsible for overseeing the finance department’s operations, providing financial solutions for customers, selling financial products and warranties, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. Conicelli Autoplex consistently achieves high level sales volume and many of our stores have been #1 sales volume in the state of PA for more than a decade running! This could be a very fruitful opportunity for an experienced finance manager to thrive!
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Consultation:
Assist customers in understanding financing options and help them choose the best solutions for their needs. Explain the purchasing process, including trade-in value, loan terms, and monthly payments.
Loan Processing:
Prepare and submit loan applications to financial institutions for approval. Negotiate financing terms and conditions with lenders to secure the best rates for customers.
Sales of Financial Products and Warranties:
Promote and sell a range of financial products, including extended warranties, service contracts, and gap insurance. Provide customers with detailed information about the benefits of these products to enhance their purchasing experience and protect their investments.
Compliance:
Ensure all financial transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain accurate records of all financing agreements and transactions.
Team Leadership:
Train and supervise finance department staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. Collaborate with sales and service teams to create a seamless customer experience.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to financing or loan applications. Foster long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field or requisite experience Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive financing options, lending processes, and financial products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
