In this role, youll lead a small team reporting into Elastic’sGlobal Revenue Operations Organization. Youll be responsible fordriving the end-to-end strategy and operations for our SolutionsArchitect (SA) organization—ensuring that your team deliversinsights and solutions that empower our SA leaders and shape ourglobal strategy. In this role, you will partner closely with the SALeadership team, Strategy & Operations, Finance, IT, and moreorganizations focusing on the upkeep and development of allSolutions Architect programs including; performance metrics, fiscalyear planning, compensation design, organizational policy,continuous process improvement, and strategic project road-mapping.

As Elastic continues to grow, so does the need for new andinnovative ways to develop, and improve our programs & criticalinitiatives. You will work as a key collaborator in the design andimplementation of priority growth areas What You Will Be Doing Asthe Director for the Solutions Architect Revenue Operations teamyou will;

  • Ideate and roadmap all operational initiativesalongside the senior SA leaders. ensuring alignment with keybusiness partners and timely execution.
  • Responsible for FiscalYear Planning activities including headcount & allocation,territory carve, compensation design, quota setting, & roll-out
  • Perform in-depth analyses identifying root causes & impact tosupport central initiatives and drive growth
  • Use data to buildnarrative content for QBRs and Board reviews that not only tell thestory but identify the root cause and drive action
  • Identifyprocess gaps and opportunities for process improvement
  • Provideanalytical insights into aspects of key business decisions,including go-to-market strategies, prioritization, processimprovement, metrics, and dashboards
  • Identify levers for drivingrevenue growth and sales efficiency What You Bring
  • 7 years ofSales Operations, Strategy, FP&A, Engineering, or similarfields in SaaS Organizations
  • Working knowledge of SolutionArchitecture Strategy and Operations
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing,Business, Finance or equivalent experience required. A MastersDegree in Business or Marketing is a plus
  • Comfortable workingindependently on tasks, utilizing problem solving skills to proposesolutions, and make suggestions for improvements and clarity
  • Adata-minded individual and power user of G-Sheets and MS Excel
  • High level of proficiency with G-Slides to build C-Suite levelpresentations
  • Solutions-focused style possessing the ability toquickly change directions given new information or shiftingpriorities
  • Highly organized, analytical, data-driven, andexperienced at crafting business plans and policies to supportprogram decisions
  • Excellent communication, engagement, andcross-functional partnership skills. Must be comfortablecommunicating with all levels of leadership in both written andverbal situations.
  • Experience with Tableau is a plus
  • Deepfamiliarity with Salesforce.com
