Start your adventure with Zip As Director, Revenue Operations,you will lead Zip’s revenue operations function, driving alignmentacross sales, marketing, and customer success to enable predictableand scalable growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape thestrategic vision for RevOps, optimize processes, and mentor agrowing team, including the Associate Director of RevenueOperations, to ensure operational excellence and revenue success.

  • Develop,implement, and oversee a scalable RevOps strategy to drivealignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Identify and execute initiatives to enhance revenue processes,workflows, and strategies, optimizing the entire revenue cycle.
  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at vertical expansion andmarket penetration to unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Representthe RevOps function in executive discussions, translating businessgoals into actionable operational strategies. Data-Driven DecisionMaking
  • Leverage analytics to identify trends, anomalies, andopportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Build and maintain reportsand dashboards to provide actionable insights into key revenuemetrics, enabling strategic decision-making.
  • Drive theintegration and optimization of AI-powered tools and technologiesto enhance workflows, streamline processes, and maximize revenuegrowth.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance trackingacross revenue-generating teams to ensure predictability andscalability. Mentorship & Team Development
  • Mentor and guide theAssociate Director of Revenue Operations, providing the support andtraining needed for their growth and success.
  • Lead efforts tomanage organizational changes, including process improvements andtechnology adoption.
  • Develop and deliver training programs toimprove team skills and knowledge, with a focus on CRM usage, salesprocesses, and RevOps best practices. Operational Excellence &Collaboration
  • Build and optimize tools, workflows, and processesto drive efficiency across the revenue cycle.
  • Partnercross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, andCustomer Success to enhance collaboration and alignment.
  • Advocatefor the resources, tools, and technology necessary to enable thesuccess of all revenue-generating teams. What you’ll bring to theteam
  • 10 years of experience in revenue operations or relatedfields, with a track record of driving alignment, efficiency, andgrowth.
Industry Knowledge:

Background in fintech/payments, isrequired.

    Technology & AI Expertise:

    Proficiency in leveragingAI-powered tools and technologies such as Clari, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Google Workspace (G Suite), and Tableau to optimizerevenue operations, with experience in Salesforce integrationsusing APIs, REST, or SOAP.

      Strategic Vision & Execution:

      Expertise in developing and implementing revenue strategies thatdrive alignment and growth.

        Leadership & Mentorship:

        Experiencemanaging and mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-paced,dynamic environment.

          Data-Driven Decision-Making:

          Advancedanalytical skills to leverage data for forecasting, performancetracking, and strategic planning.

            Cross-Functional Collaboration:

            Proven ability to align and partner with multiple teams to driveshared revenue goals.

              Change Management:

              Experience leadingprocess improvements and technology adoption across revenueoperations.

                Operational Expertise:

                Familiarity with frameworkslike MEDDIC, Solution Selling, or Challenger, with a focus on CRMoptimization and RevOps best practices.

                  Adaptability &Innovation:

                  Skilled at anticipating market trends and integratinginnovative approaches into revenue operations.

                  The actual base salary will be determined by variousindividualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills,experience, location, internal equity, as well as other objectivebusiness considerations. The annual base Pay Range for thisposition is $175,000 – $190,000. This range reflects our USNcompensation banding. Additional premium percentages may applybased on our tiered premium strategy. Subject to those sameconsiderations, the total compensation package for this positionmay also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equityawards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/orother benefits. If hired, employees will be in an at-will positionand the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as wellas any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefitprogram) at any time, including for reasons related to individualperformance, Company or individual department/team performance, andmarket factors.
