Job DetailsResponsibilities:

1. Lead the financial planning and analysisfunction, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financialforecasts and reports. 2. Develop and implement cost reductionstrategies to optimize profitability and ensure financialstability. 3. Oversee the supply chain finance function, workingclosely with the operations team to identify cost-savingopportunities and improve overall efficiency. 4. Provide insightfuland detailed reports to senior management, highlighting keyfinancial trends, risks, and opportunities. 5. Collaborate withvarious departments to develop and implement financial plans andforecasts that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.6. Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, identifying trends andmaking recommendations for cost optimization. 7. Develop andmaintain financial models to support decision-making processes. 8.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards,implementing controls as necessary to mitigate financial risk.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, orrelated field. A Master’s degree or professional certificationssuch as CFA, CPA, or CMA will be an added advantage. 2. A minimumof 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis,preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3. Demonstratedexperience working with supply chain, logistics, procurement, andother stakeholders within an organization. 4. Strong understandingof manufacturing processes and cost management. 5. Proficient infinancial modeling and analysis, with the ability to translatecomplex financial data into actionable plans. 6. Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability toarticulate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. 7.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track recordof driving financial performance and operational efficiency. 8.Proficient in the use of financial software and advanced Excelskills. 9.
