Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Finance and Management Assistant to support our CFO and coordinate financial operations with our global headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Blue Bell, PA, ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation and an interest in working in a cross-cultural, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CFO with financial reporting, data management, and internal documentation Coordinate with the Korean headquarters to support consolidated financial reporting and ensure data accuracy Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance Support treasury functions including bank account management and cash flow tracking Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis Utilize QuickBooks or similar accounting software to maintain accurate and timely financial records Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information Support broader business management and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2-3 years of accounting experience preferred USCPA certification preferred but not required Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software Strong Excel and general financial analysis skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with Korean-speaking leadership and overseas teams High level of organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-cultural work environment
Preferred Attributes:
Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus Prior experience in a multinational or manufacturing company is advantageous
