Why You’ll Love This RoleWere looking for an experienced Sr. Director, Sales Operations tohelp support the Field Sales organization by optimizing and scalingcritical GTM processes, increase effectiveness of productivitytools, and build predictability for the business. This requirescollaboration with cross-functional departments and successfullybuild new capabilities. The candidate must be a strong leader,extremely well organized, analytical, detailed-oriented and helpchampion the Field Teams. Therole will support the vision of Cribl’s field sales leadership teamand will report to our VP of Field Operations. As An Active MemberOf Our Team, You Will Execute the global Revenue Operationsstrategy and support annual planning process while partnering withcross-functional teams to drive optimal territory design, quotasetting, role coverage, and budgeting, and timely assignmentaligned with company goals Champion data enrichment strategies anddevelop KPIs that enhance forecasting accuracy, funnel healthvisibility, performance drivers that results in positive businessoutcomes Drive excellence in forecasting, pipeline management, andrevenue attribution by enforcing process consistency, improvingdata quality, and delivering actionable insights throughdashboards, reporting, and regular cadence motions Establishoperational priorities across new business, expansion, andretention, ensuring scalable, predictable revenue growth throughclear process ownership and accountability that aligns with rulesof engagement policies Lead continuous cross-functionalimprovements across GTM infrastructure

  • including SFDC, Clari,Deal Desk, Contracting, Quote-to-Cash, Commissions and Systems
  • tomaximize sales effectiveness and optimize customer lifecyclemanagement Collaborate with Marketing to streamline lead managementprocesses, influence optimal teaming motions and drive improvementswith actionable metrics and policies Partner with Enablement andimplement knowledge management strategies to continuously increaseproduct and process knowledge across all GTM teams Serve as atrusted advisor to Field Sales Leadership, driving operationalexcellence, process adoption, and revenue accountability across theGTM organization We are a remote-first company and work happensacross many time-zones•you may be required to occasionallyperform duties outside your standard working hours If You’ve Got It•We Want It Proven track record of developing, managing, andscaling talent across diverse functions and key inflection pointsof growth Deep sales/business operations or sales managementexperience within a high-growth SaaS/PaaS environment Successfullyled analytically rigorous business initiatives, leveraging standardSaaS sales metrics (ACV, ARR, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.

) andindustry benchmarking Hands-on experience architecting and managingrevenue systems, including Clari, Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, andBI tools Highly organized, with strong communication skills andleadership presence; able to manage and influence both direct andindirect reports, with a high motivation for continuous improvementand a focus on driving measurable impact Ability to coach,motivate, performance manage and recruit Revenue Operations teamsBonus Points / Preferred Skills Experience scaling andoperationalizing a $100M ARR SaaS business Understanding enterpriseSaaS product development and GTM models Passionate about diversity,equity, and inclusion in team building and culture Excited to rollup your sleeves and drive team collaboration & entrepreneurshipSalary Range ($240k-300k USD) The salary for this role is dependenton geographic location. The salary offered within the rangedescribed will be based on the individual candidate’s job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitivesalary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package whichincludes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and lifeinsurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatmentbenefit, 401(k), and equity. The total compensation offered forthis position will include a commission/incentive plan.
