• Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager- Heme Oncology located in Horsham, PA. The Senior Finance Manager will provide day-to-day financial leadership to the US Oncology Hematology team (excluding alliances) focusing on Multiple Myeloma strategic priorities to drive growth as well as providing strategic support Total Hematology P&L consolidation (Sales/Opex)
• Key responsibilities include:
• + Shape industry-leading Multiple Myeloma portfolio, through strategic collaboration and financial leadership, including direct support of ~$10B portfolio including

®, TECVAYLI®, & TALVEY® brands + Develop and shape sales forecasts, track sales impacts due to competitive dynamics and market events. Correlate sales performance to brand strategy, portfolio dynamics, and market factors (demand trends, competitive intelligence, policy, data releases) + Influence cross-functional partners regarding strategic investment decisions to drive value and deliver results. Manage Total Hematology operating expenses and drive adoption of Brand P&Ls. + Lead a team of 3 Senior Finance Analysts and 1 FLDP, supporting

brands, as well as Total Hematology operating expenses + Lead Hematology Sales/OpEx processes including Business Plan, LRFP, IBP, Investor Relations, and Quarterly Close + Own ad-hoc analyses and develop executive framing, with high exposure to ONC Hematology president and other senior leadership + Identify process improvements and provide recommendations on key focus areas

• Qualifications:

• + A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance, Accounting and Economics.

+ Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CPA, CMA, etc. is preferred. + NA Commercial, FP&A or business finance experience is preferred + A minimum of 8 years of experience with Finance & Accounting or related experience is required. + A minimum of 3 or more years of leadership experience including people management & talent development is required. + Previous people management and people leadership experience is required + The job calls for an inspired individual capable of self-direction, solution driven mindset, multitasking, and demonstrating established leadership qualities. + Excellent collaborative abilities are necessary, enabling interaction and effective communication at all organization levels, alongside solid interpersonal and persuasive skills. + It requires an individual capable of thriving in high-speed environments and proficient at navigating through ambiguous and complex situations. + Possessive of robust analytical and technical skills is crucial, with the capability of simplifying complex discussions. Also required is the ability to utilize PowerPoint presentations for conveying central points and storytelling in business. + Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and learning new tools and systems like accounting ERPs are required.
