What You’ll Do:
  • Be a
Strategic Partner:

Partnerglobal functions supporting the financial appraisal of newinvestment opportunities either through organic growth oracquisition. Go beyond the finance boundary challenging andinfluencing assumptions and scenarios understanding the investmentstrategies and risk associated with them. Present and report theimpact of these initiatives on the long-term finance plans. Enhancefinancial awareness and education within these global functions.

  • Support our asset strategy: Develop financial analysis linked toour asset strategy, modelling scenarios, making recommendations andinfluencing decisions for the path toward four times revenue growthto FY30. This will involve working closely with the FDB siteleadership and finance teams.
  • Be the finance lead on globalprojects: Serve as the finance lead for projects initiated byglobal functions, ensuring a robust business case throughout theapproval and execution process. Ensure finance requirements areintegrated during project scoping, and consult stakeholders toconsider various financial elements effectively.
  • Ensure adherenceto governance: Work in close collaboration with the globalfunctions providing guidance and support throughout the projectgovernance and approval process, ensuring that business casessupporting the request are robust and underpinned by acomprehensive financial rationale.
  • Tell the Story Behind the
Numbers:

Prepare and present reports, business cases, andperformance analyses—turning complex data into clear, actionableinsights for leadership

    Champion Process Improvement:

    Leadinitiatives to enhance our finance systems, processes and tools.

    Own the template for business case appraisal ensuring a consistentand repeatable approach to financial appraisal and scenarioanalysis.

    • Support M&A activity: On an ad hoc basis forpotential future M&A activities get involved with all stages ofthe deal process from the initial negotiation, due diligence andintegration from signing to closing
    Who You Are:
    • Currently aSenior Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, or similar, withsolid FP&A experience
    • An analytical thinker who thrives onusing data to drive strategic decisions
    • Skilled in stakeholdermanagement, with the confidence to collaborate with senior leadersacross global functions
    • A proactive communicator who enjoyscollaborating across teams and geographies

      Minimum Background and Education Requirements

      • Master’s degree infinance or economics or professional Accounting ACA, ACCA, ACMA,CPA, or equivalent.
      • 10 years’ experience with Finance Partneringor FP&A in a global or international impacting role preferablyin a manufacturing environment.
      • Proven experience working withmulti-site, multinational organizations across various time zones,with strong stakeholder management skills.
      • Experience withM&A and finance integration is preferable.

      • Able to build trust and maintain effective andcredible relationships with key stakeholders.
      • Excellentcommunication skills that facilitate delivering concise informationand successful influencing of senior stakeholders.
