Salary:

Job Details Responsibilities:
1.Oversee and manage all financial operations of the company,including monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and cash flowmanagement. 2. Provide strategic financial analysis and leadershipon decision-making issues affecting the company (i.e., growth, newmarkets, and evaluation of potential alliances, employee benefits,retirement plans, and investments). 3. Implement and managefinancial controls and procedures, ensuring the company’s financialsystems are robust, compliant, and support current activities andfuture growth. 4. Lead and coordinate the preparation of thefinancial statements, financial reports, special analyses, andinformation reports. 5. Manage and oversee ledger activities,ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. 6. Handlehealthcare accounting matters in accordance with industry standardsand company policies. 7. Lead the financial consolidation process,ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accountingstandards. 8. Use advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data,create financial models for decision support, and streamlinefinancial reporting processes. 9. Work closely with other teammembers to understand and support strategic business needs andoffer financial solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanceddegree is preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience infinancial management roles, preferably in the technology industry.3. Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and costcontrol principles, including Generally Accepted AccountingPrinciples (GAAP). 4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and otherfinancial planning software. 5. Experience in healthcare accountingand ledger management. 6. Knowledge of financial consolidationprocesses and related accounting standards. 7. Strong analyticalskills and experience in financial modeling and creating financialreports. 8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal andwritten, with the ability to effectively communicate complexfinancial information to non-financial stakeholders. 9. Ability tothink strategically and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in afast-paced environment. 10. High level of integrity anddependability with a strong sense of urgency andresults-orientation.
