The role:
PCI Pharma Services is undergoing a significant transformation to enhance our EPM (One Stream) application, drive automation and deliver superior business value to our stakeholders.
Reporting to the VP of FP&A and working in conjunction with the Enterprise Applications team, the Program Manager, Financial Planning Systems will be a key member whose charter is to help successfully manage and administer our suite of financial reporting and consolidation tools. The individual in this role will be responsible for understanding the technical systems requirements and functional requirements stemming from an enterprise-wide portfolio of initiatives which spans multiple countries and currencies. This position requires the Program Manager, Financial Planning Systems to effectively partner with various internal and executive stakeholders (Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and IT) and build strong relationships in order to drive change and ensure all requirements are met on time, at or within budget, with effective delivery of OneStream functionality to stakeholder.
The primary function of this position is to provide the Global Finance & Accounting, Operations, and IT teams with an effective OneStream tool for accurate and timely reporting of financial data. Perform effective and efficient analysis and validation of reported financial data (actual, forecasts, budgets, strategic plans, and other reported data) and provide feedback to users for corrections and knowledge transfer to drive improvement in quality, process standardization, and analysis of data reported from OneStream. Assist with ongoing updates, development and maintenance of the Corporate Performance Management Platform (OneStream) as the primary platform for financial reporting and consolidation.
Essential Duties/Principal ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and administration of OneStreamLead in the design, build, training and roll out of new modulesCollaborate with various organizations through the company on Metadata managementSupport Enterprise-wide users with data changes globally for monthly actuals, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and strategic plans within defined timelines and requirementsWork collaboratively with IT Leadership, business stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver accounting modules, which will involve re-design of the financial data model to meet requirements of current and future business needsCreate, maintain and update financial reports and formsPerform data loads and validations from source systemsProactive in identifying, recommending and developing system improvementsDevelop and maintain ad-hoc reports, dashboards, management reports and integrate operational data into One Stream platformDevelop and maintain data sources, transformation rules and workflow profilesGather and analyze business requirements, recommend best practices and determine course of action to implement the technical solutionsAssist business leads in defining test plans and test scripts to be used in IT and business user testingManaging third-party vendor relations pertaining to Enterprise Application Design/Testing/DevelopmentTroubleshoot system errors and document consistent problems for future enhancement(s)Follow IT change management, incident management and problem management policies and proceduresTechnical design and development of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and workflowsManagement/maintenance of system integrations data dependenciesRefresh test environments as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent work experienceExperience with EPM tools such as One Stream, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle Planning & Budgeting (PBCS). One Stream experience is preferred5+ years experience in EPM related technologies1+ years of hands on experience in One StreamKnowledge of financial systems including Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash FlowSQL knowledge to develop and debug queriesIntegration experience with multiple enterprise applicationsDocumentation skills.
