Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

Manage all balance sheetaccounts from reconciliation through resolution Conduct financialand cost analysis of balance sheet and income statement accountsPrepare supporting schedules for external auditors for periodic andyear-end audits Prepare annual workpapers and work with externalauditors Manage cash audit and application processes Responsiblefor chargeback process and reporting Oversee customer liabilityprocesses Manage direct report’s performance and professionaldevelopment Provide guidance and support to finance team regardingfinancial information and accounting policies Recommend initiativesfor process optimization and automation to support company growthContribute to department and organization special projects asassigned.

Accounting Manager Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree inAccounting required 7 years of relevant accounting experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Excelskills
