We’re looking for a Plant Finance Manager to join our client’s team in Aiken, South Carolina . Responsibilities as the Plant Finance Manager, you’ll be the financial backbone of the plant, responsible for: Leading the monthly and annual budgeting process Partnering with departments to control costs and hit financial targets Analyzing gross profit, cost variances, and labor/overhead performance Managing annual standard cost rolls and fixed asset capital budgets Driving plant productivity and efficiency initiatives Overseeing inventory processes and internal controls Supporting audits and month-end close with accurate journal entries and reconciliations Collaborating across teams to deliver actionable insights and support plant operations Tackling ad hoc financial challenges with a proactive and strategic mindset
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial management and plant accounting Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher) Experience with Hyperion, Smartview, Crystal, BAAN, and/or Oracle is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making Comfortable with 5% domestic/international travel Why Apply?
