We’re seeking a dynamic F&I Manager who can confidently present financing options, drive profitability through aftermarket product sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience—while ensuring full compliance with state and lender regulations. What You’ll Do:

Present tailored financing options to customers with clarity and confidence Sell value-added products and protection plans to enhance the ownership experience Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all documentation: loans, taxes, titles, and registration Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to offer competitive terms Deliver a seamless, transparent, and customer-first experience Help drive repeat and referral business through exceptional service and follow-up Maintain strong CSI scores and exceed performance benchmarks Remain compliant with all applicable laws and dealership policies

What We’re Looking For:
