Accounting Manager Position Available In Greenville, South Carolina

Tuffaloy Products, Inc. seeks an Accounting Manager in Greer, South Carolina.

Accounting Manager will assist with reporting and analyzing organization financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, verifying, analyzing, reporting of financial information; monitor internal accounting controls; apply accounting standards, ensure compliance with accounting policy; apply observations and make recommendations to operational issues; achieve accounting operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; identify and resolve problems; assist with completing audits; identify, develop, and implement system improvements. Will maintain standard costs and monitor actual costs; review costing process and implement improvements; meet accounting financial objectives by assisting preparation of an annual budget and analyzing variances; confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; complete assigned account reconciliations; prepare budgets, analysis and reporting; process payroll and manage payroll reporting; provide accounting advice to other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; apply observations and recommendations to operational issues. Will ensure financial security by monitoring internal controls; will audit subsidiary accounting transactions for accuracy; protect organization value by keeping information confidential; educate and caution others about potential breaches. Travel 10% (5% domestic and 5% international travel) required.

Requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting.
