What your future day will look like:
You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience across life, disability, medical insurance, and financial services.
Your day will involve processing insurance applications and proposals, overseeing annuity accounts, and keeping client records accurate and up to date.
Contribute to market strategy insights and participate in carrier negotiations, helping to shape client solutions and drive business success.
Collaborate with compliance teams to support securities trading and ensure all activities meet regulatory standards.
Provide administrative organization support from scheduling meetings and preparing presentations to organizing client information, your administrative support will keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of three years of Benefits/HR experience
Working knowledge of risk management techniques and Employee Health and Benefits markets and ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
