We are seeking a Senior Functional Project Manager to drive large-scale enterprise finance initiatives centered on SAP or S/4HANA systems
. This role focuses on ERP program leadership
, financial systems oversight, and functional delivery not technical configuration. The right candidate will bring strong ERP experience, business process knowledge, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, and global leadership teams

Key Responsibilities:
Lead global ERP initiatives with a focus on Finance systems SAP or S/4HANA preferred
Act as a functional owner and program driver for finance-related system implementations, upgrades, or migrations
Bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring financial process needs are accurately translated into system requirements
Develop and manage project structures: timelines, budgets, resource plans, RAID logs, and status reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA and enterprise business units
Present to and influence executive leadership
