The Opportunity This position works ONSITE in our Liberty, South Carolina location in the Cardiac Rhythm Managment Division. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats. Our location in Liberty, SC currently has an opportunity for a Site Finance Manager. The Site Finance Manager will be the Financial Site Leader supporting Cardiac Rhythm Management Factory Focused Operations team for the Liberty, SC manufacturing facility. This position will be responsible for site operations leadership to drive financial ownership, cost efficiency, and business excellence. Scope of responsibilities include financial planning of capital projects, consolidation of site P&L, quarterly “latest best estimate” forecast cycles, annual product standard cost setting, preparation of presentations for month-end and forecast results, and strategic ad hoc analyses. What You’ll Work On Manage the day-to-day financial activities of the shared service function. Implement and manage controls to ensure financial transactions and systems comply with regulations, accounting principles and standards. Analyze the organization’s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it’s short, medium, and long-term cash flow position. Evaluate and recommend investments and other financial instruments to meet these cash flow needs. Advise management on financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations on the organization. Provide expertise and advice to managers to help them develop budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities. Present findings and recommendations to top executives. Prepare financial reports. Reports may include auditor and financial analyst reports, profit and loss, balance sheets, and regulatory reports and filings. Ensure all tax returns, declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time. Select and manage relationships with consultants and advisors to ensure the satisfactory standards of service. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop financial staff. Lead the annual standard cost setting cycle for all manufactured Minnetonka CRM products. Conduct regular financial reviews with business partners to communicate financial performance, key business issues, and provide valuable insight to help business achieve financial goals. Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Finance/Accounting field Skill set: Self-motivated and proactive, setting high standards for success; Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; Accuracy and attention to detail; Great communication skills and ability to articulate results based on audience; Quick learner and adaptable to changes and new environment. Preferred Qualifications BS in Accounting / Finance MBA in Accounting/Finance CPA/CFA Minimum 7+ years of accounting / financial planning and analysis experience, with manufacturing / costing background Technical proficiency: Proficiency with Excel (e.g. Pivot table, common Excel functionalities), Word, and PowerPoint; strong experience with SAP ERP and Hyperion Planning/Essbase systems.
