Accounts Receivable Lead Job Summary:

What will you do? Get ready to take the lead in keeping our financial operations smooth and steady! As an Accounts Receivable Lead, you’ll dive into credit data, financial statements, and account reconciliations to ensure we’re on top of our game. From analyzing risk to prepping reports, and guiding collections efforts, you’ll be the go-to pro making sure our revenue flows are accurate and on track. What makes you a great catch: You have a keen eye for financial detail and love turning data into clear insights.
A natural problem-solver with investigative instincts, delinquent accounts don’t stand a chance.
Excel and Word? You’re a whiz. SAP or ERP experience? Even better!
You’re organized, communicative, and always one step ahead of month-end closings.

Your work environment:

You’ll work in a dynamic finance team at our Columbia, SC headquarters, collaborating closely with colleagues from credit, finance, and operations. You’ll be trusted to manage essential reporting, maintain accurate ledgers, and make decisions with both autonomy and impact. What you will need to succeed: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role
Strong skills in Excel, Word, and financial analysis tools
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
A working knowledge of accounting principles and practices
