This role provides the opportunity to influence local operations while engaging with international colleagues and contributing to a collaborative business environment.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as a trusted advisor to local and regional teams and facilitate strategic financial discussions. Drive financial performance by forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing data to support decision-making. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (IFRS & GAAP), manage compliance with tax and regulatory obligations, and oversee monthly/quarterly closings. Support Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams with insights and tools for financial planning and performance. Monitor cash flow and working capital, evaluate CapEx decisions, and manage margin control. Lead the annual reporting cycle and monthly forecasting. Partner with management on commercial decisions, credit committees, and business planning. Oversee audits, payroll entries, and reporting. Ensure compliance with group and legal policies and act as liaison for external auditors and tax authorities. Coach, develop, and mentor one direct report, and provide financial education to non-finance team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Master’s preferred) At least 5 years of operational finance experience with leadership responsibilities CPA, CMA, or similar certification a plus Strong communication and analytical skills International experience or working with global teams is a plus Proficient in SAP, Excel, and financial systems Ability to travel internationally 1-2 times per year Why Join Us?
