As we continue to scale, we are seeking a seasoned financial leader to guide our FP&A function and drive strategic financial insight throughout the organization. Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our internal and external reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts. This role reports directly to executive leadership and plays a critical part in shaping the financial future of the company by providing actionable insights and overseeing key financial planning processes. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of financial planning, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning Manage internal reporting to executive leadership and department heads to ensure financial visibility and alignment Oversee external financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant standards and timelines Provide in-depth financial reviews and variance analysis to support business decisions Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario planning and forecasting Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial performance Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 10-15 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA Experience in a growth-oriented, multi-unit service environment What We Offer Competitive salary range of $140,000
