UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking a Director, UBS Next Investor in Nashville, TN.

We’re looking for a Director, UBS Next Investor to:

• Evaluate opportunities, execute investments, and monitor portfoliopanies.
• Leverage network in the Tech and FinTech Venture Capital space to develop the investment pipeline and increase UBS presence and visibility.
• Drive investment strategy in close collaboration with the various UBS business units.
• Manage internal and externalmunications, including engagement with key internal stakeholders, outside pipeline channels, as well as start-ups.
• Manage the overall portfolio governance and financials.

You’ll be working in the GOTO Technology team in Nashville, TN.
Your expertise
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field of study plus eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or as a Financial & Investment Analyst, Venture Capital Investment Analyst, Financial Strategy Associate, or a related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:

• Fintech themes and business models, Mergers & Acquisitions, leading teams in investment evaluations,
• Identifying opportunities to drive growth for portfoliopanies and business divisions, manage portfolios of private investments, due diligence onpanies and funds,
• Valuation models usingparable multiples, DCF, and VC method, Volcker and Bank Holding Company Act (BHCA) regulatory requirements, origination of new investment opportunities,
• Manage legal negotiations and investment documentation
• Can work remotely.
